I get absolutely no sound from it with the volume cranked full. Device Manager indicates the Audio is enabled and no conflicts. I've tried reinstalling the driver, updating the driver, all with no effect. Don't believe its' a hardware problem. Any ideas what the problem is?? If I mute and unmute using system volume control on task bar, I hear sound for about 1 second then it fades to nothing. This doesn't happen if I mute using media players controls. This happened over a year ago, I've lived without sound for that time, but I keep trying to rectify it every now and again. I hope someone can help?
Follow the on screen instructions to install, configure and automatically run your virtual Windows XP installation. I confirmed by a small tool that I have DEP and virtualization option and enabled it from bios.
I followed the instructions step by step but it always gives the same error and rollsback the updates. So there is no shortcut after rolling back. I installed it and loaded the. First it gave me error that the vhd file is read only. Then I moved that vhd to my desktop and removed the tick of read only box. It loaded very well after this process. The only problem was it did not admit the serial of xp mode os. Sorry this didn't help. Thanks for your feedback. This thread is locked.
