The first thing that you need to do is use the proper name of the software that you have. Creator 9 and Creator 10 aren't the right names for any roxio software. What version do you have? Easy Media Creator 9, or Creator ? There are folks, running Creator and Windows 7, with no problems.

Some have posted in these forums. If you have Creator you should be able to run it in Win 7. I've gotten it running in both the 32 bit and the 64 bit version of Win 7 Home Premium.

I have to say that this is really disappointing and I hope that Roxio understands that they are going to lose customers over this. I have also upgraded to Windows 7 and also have a Creator that will no longer work. How is it that so many companies can provide updates to make their products work with Win7 but Roxio cannot? Creator came out a long time before Windows 7 - Microsoft made the changes that prevented if from functioning - not Roxio. A lot of us tried to get it to work - but it proved impossible due to fundamental changes in the OS.
